Account & Registration

Visit tweakzen.bet/register and complete the three-step registration form. You will need to provide your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Then choose a username and password, accept the Terms and Conditions, and confirm your mobile number with the OTP sent via SMS. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older to create a TweakZen account.

Yes. Creating a TweakZen account is completely free. There are no registration fees, monthly membership charges, or hidden costs. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit. You are welcome to browse betting markets and the casino lobby before funding your account.

No. TweakZen strictly allows one account per person. If you create a second account — whether on the same device, the same mobile number, or under a different email — both accounts will be permanently closed and any balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support@tweakzen.bet to recover it instead of registering again.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can process withdrawals above the standard threshold. To verify, go to Account Settings → Verification and upload a clear photo of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and a selfie holding your CNIC. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Once verified, your full withdrawal limit is unlocked and future verifications are not required for routine transactions.

On the TweakZen login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. A one-time reset code will be sent via SMS. Enter the code, set a new password, and log in. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, email support@tweakzen.bet from your registered email address with your CNIC details for assisted account recovery.

Contact TweakZen support at support@tweakzen.bet with your registered email address and CNIC details. For security reasons, changes to your registered mobile number or email require identity verification before they are processed. TweakZen support will guide you through the process and confirm once the change is complete, usually within 24–48 hours.

Deposits & Payment Methods

TweakZen supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. There are no foreign exchange fees. For most players, Easypaisa and JazzCash are the fastest options — deposits typically reflect within 60 seconds.

The minimum deposit on TweakZen is Rs 500, regardless of which payment method you use. This applies to both your first deposit and all subsequent deposits. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits take 1–5 minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually immediate but may occasionally take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after the expected time, contact TweakZen support with your payment reference number.

TweakZen does not charge deposit fees. The full amount you deposit will be credited to your account balance. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank directly if you are unsure. TweakZen has no control over third-party charges applied at source.

First, check whether the payment has been deducted from your Easypaisa/JazzCash wallet or bank account. If the money left your account but has not appeared on TweakZen after the expected processing time, contact support at support@tweakzen.bet with your transaction reference number, the amount, the payment method used, and the date and time of the deposit. Our team will trace the transaction and credit your account as quickly as possible.

Withdrawals

Log in to your TweakZen account and go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or bank card), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals to mobile wallets like Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within 60 seconds of approval. IBFT bank withdrawals may take up to one business day. The minimum withdrawal on TweakZen is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts. Unverified accounts may be subject to lower limits until KYC is completed. If you need to withdraw a large amount (above Rs 500,000), contact support in advance to ensure smooth processing.

Most TweakZen withdrawals are processed within 60 seconds to 24 hours depending on your chosen method. Delays can occur in a few situations: your account KYC verification is incomplete or pending, it is your first withdrawal and an extra security check is triggered, or your withdrawal amount exceeds a standard threshold requiring manual approval. If your withdrawal has been pending for over 24 hours, contact support with your withdrawal request ID for a status update.

Small withdrawals up to a standard threshold can be processed without full KYC. However, to process larger withdrawals or to ensure smooth and fast processing on all future requests, TweakZen recommends completing KYC verification early. Go to Account Settings → Verification and upload your CNIC. Verified accounts process withdrawals faster and without additional checks on each transaction.

TweakZen's anti-money laundering policy requires that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method and account used for the deposit wherever possible. If your original payment method is no longer available (for example, a JazzCash number that has been deactivated), contact support at support@tweakzen.bet. You will need to complete identity verification before an alternative withdrawal method is approved.

Sports Betting & PSL

TweakZen covers a wide range of sports with an emphasis on what Pakistani players care about most. The primary focus is cricket — international fixtures, PSL, bilateral series, and domestic competitions. Football, tennis, basketball, kabaddi, and several other sports are also covered with full pre-match and live betting markets. Live betting on TweakZen lets you place bets on events that are already in progress. For cricket, this includes bets on the next wicket, total runs in an over, method of dismissal, run rate comparisons, and many other in-play markets. Odds update continuously as the game progresses. To place a live bet, go to the Sports section, find the live match (marked with a red "Live" indicator), and add your selection to the bet slip. Some markets may be temporarily suspended during very active passages of play.

The minimum bet on TweakZen is Rs 50 per selection. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event — higher-profile matches like PSL finals may carry different maximum limits than early-season fixtures. If a PSL or cricket match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a valid result (as defined by the relevant competition rules), all TweakZen bets on that match are voided and your stake is returned to your account balance. If a DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) result is declared, the DLS result stands for most markets. TweakZen displays odds in decimal format by default. Decimal odds tell you how much you receive back per rupee staked — including your stake. For example, odds of 2.50 on a Rs 1,000 bet would return Rs 2,500 if your selection wins (Rs 1,500 profit plus your Rs 1,000 stake back). A selection with very low odds (e.g., 1.10) is considered a strong favourite; high odds (e.g., 8.00) indicate an outsider. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place Rs 10,000 worth of qualifying bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
