TweakZen Terms and Conditions

1Introduction

Welcome to TweakZen. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and TweakZen ("we," "us," "our," "TweakZen") governing your access to and use of the TweakZen platform, including the website at tweakzen.bet, all associated mobile interfaces, and every service offered through them — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, poker, and related promotional offerings.

By registering an account on TweakZen, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the TweakZen platform.

These Terms should be read alongside TweakZen's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and TweakZen.

2Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document and carry the meanings defined below:

3Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on TweakZen, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. TweakZen will verify your age during the registration process and may request supporting documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person — companies, organisations, and automated systems are not permitted to register.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and payment details.
• You must not already hold an active TweakZen account. Each user is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts — whether on the same device, under the same name, or using the same payment method — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a TweakZen employee or business partner.

TweakZen reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting identity documentation (such as a CNIC or passport copy) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4Account Rules

Your TweakZen account is personal to you. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the platform:

• One account per person: Registering or operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms. If detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and all balances — including winnings — may be voided and forfeited.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. TweakZen will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.
• Immediate notification: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact TweakZen support immediately. We will take steps to secure your account as quickly as possible.
• Accurate information: You must keep your registered details (email, mobile number, payment method) current and accurate. TweakZen is not liable for losses resulting from outdated account information, including failed withdrawals to a changed payment method.
• Account inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. TweakZen will notify you by email before applying any inactivity policy. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be subject to administrative fees as permitted by applicable regulations.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on TweakZen are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 via all supported methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, Visa/Mastercard).
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically appear in your TweakZen balance within 60 seconds. Withdrawals to mobile wallets typically process within 5 to 30 minutes for standard accounts. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• No deposit fees: TweakZen does not charge any fee for standard deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own small transfer charges — please check with your payment provider.
• Withdrawal to same method: For security purposes, withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. TweakZen reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal limits: Standard account withdrawal limits apply as displayed in your account settings. VIP tier members have enhanced limits — see the VIP Club section for details.
• Source of funds: TweakZen may request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Users who cannot satisfy this requirement may have withdrawals delayed or declined.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on TweakZen, including pre-match, in-play, and outright markets:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by TweakZen. A bet is not confirmed until TweakZen has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. During periods of high volume or live market volatility, bets may be declined — the stake will be returned to your account immediately if this occurs.
• Odds changes: In-play odds change continuously. If an odds change occurs after you submit a bet but before acceptance, TweakZen may accept the bet at the updated odds, decline the bet, or request your confirmation depending on the magnitude of the change. The setting applied to your account is visible in your bet preferences.
• Void bets: Bets will be voided and stakes returned in the following situations: the event is cancelled or abandoned before a result can be determined; the event cannot be verified by TweakZen's data providers; a manifest error in pricing is discovered. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00.
• Match abandonment: If a cricket or football match is abandoned before a result is officially determined, all match-winner and in-play bets will be voided unless a result was determined via Duckworth-Lewis or equivalent official method. Markets that were fully settled before abandonment — such as a completed first innings or first over — will stand.
• Postponed events: If an event is postponed, TweakZen will carry the bet forward to the rescheduled date, provided the rescheduled date is within 72 hours of the original date. Events rescheduled beyond 72 hours will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum winnings: TweakZen applies maximum win limits per event and per account. These limits are displayed in your account settings and within the bet placement interface. Bets that would produce winnings above the applicable limit will be declined or reduced to the maximum win amount.
• Manifest errors: If TweakZen is able to demonstrate that an odds or market error was clearly apparent — such as a price significantly misaligned with the true market — TweakZen reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. This includes obvious data feed errors and interface errors.

7Casino & Poker

The following additional rules apply to the TweakZen online casino and poker room:

• Random Number Generation (RNG): All casino game outcomes — including slots, digital table games, and video poker — are determined by certified RNG software. TweakZen's RNG systems are tested periodically and the results are not influenced by any user action or third party.
• Live dealer games: Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, TweakZen will resolve the round according to the game's standard rules and the last verifiable game state. Bets placed on rounds affected by a verifiable technical failure on TweakZen's part may be voided at TweakZen's discretion.
• Poker — player versus player: Cash game poker and tournament poker are player-versus-player formats. TweakZen takes a rake (commission) from cash game pots and charges buy-in fees for tournaments. Rake rates are displayed in the poker lobby before you take a seat.
• Poker — anti-collusion: Collusion between players at a poker table — including sharing hole card information, soft-playing an agreement, or chip dumping — is strictly prohibited. TweakZen operates automated anti-collusion monitoring. Accounts found to have engaged in collusion will be suspended and winnings may be voided.
• Software errors: In the event of a software error in a casino or poker game, TweakZen reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. TweakZen is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's device, internet connection, or browser malfunction.

8Bonuses & Promotions

TweakZen offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. The following rules apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10×, 20×) is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• One bonus per household: Promotions are limited to one per user, one per household address, and one per shared device or IP address. TweakZen reserves the right to void bonuses where multiple claims are detected from the same household or device.
• Eligible markets: Not all markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds of 1.40 or greater typically count 100% toward requirements. Live casino bets typically count between 10% and 20%. Slots contribute the most — typically 100%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• Abuse: TweakZen reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes in promotion mechanics, or using arbitrage strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure.

9Responsible Gaming

TweakZen is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all users on the platform. We provide the following tools to every registered account:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, a limit can only be lowered immediately — increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: You can set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality check alerts: Optional pop-up notifications appear at regular intervals to remind you of your total time and spending during a session.
• Cool-off period: You can apply a temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time. During this period your account will be locked and no bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: You can permanently self-exclude from TweakZen at any time. Once self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed. All open bets will be settled normally and your remaining balance will be returned to you.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on TweakZen. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, void of winnings, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one TweakZen account.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or other platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity related to the manipulation of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other users in poker or any other player-versus-player game.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or attempting to use TweakZen for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing TweakZen staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Sharing your account with any other person or allowing a third party to use your TweakZen account.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the TweakZen platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of TweakZen and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the TweakZen platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any TweakZen content without prior written permission.

Using TweakZen's brand name, logo, or any content from the platform in any external communication, advertisement, or social media post without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TweakZen limits its liability as follows:

• TweakZen does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur.
• TweakZen is not liable for losses arising from a user's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage during a betting session.
• TweakZen is not liable for losses arising from a user acting on tips, predictions, or third-party information not published by TweakZen.
• TweakZen's total liability to any user in respect of any single event or claim is capped at the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits TweakZen's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13Privacy

TweakZen collects and processes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on TweakZen, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

In summary, TweakZen collects only the personal information necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not use your data for external marketing without your explicit consent.

14Account Termination

Either you or TweakZen may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following:

• Closure by you: You may request account closure at any time by contacting TweakZen support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification. Open bets will be settled normally before the balance is returned.
• Suspension by TweakZen: TweakZen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where required by law or a regulatory instruction, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Return of funds on closure: In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, TweakZen may withhold funds where there is evidence of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or multiple account use. TweakZen will provide written reasons for any withholding of funds on request.

15Changes to These Terms

TweakZen may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or our operational procedures. When material changes are made, TweakZen will notify registered users by email and by displaying a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the TweakZen platform after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects when the most recent revision was made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
